  • For our Gym School🏋️, you’ll need access to a gym membership. You will only need dumbbells for your first 2 weeks.

    After that, we will slowly introduce a select number of machines. Machines you’ll eventually need access to are:

    📌 Lat Pull Down
    📌 Leg Extension
    📌 Cable Machine
    📌 Gym Bench


    ↑ Don’t worry if that sounds intimidating right now. We’ll be supporting you with full explanations, videos and tutorials on how to use everything.


    For our Home School 🏡, you’ll need at least one set of dumbbells.

  • You are able to join School of Nobs with any of our subscriptions at no extra cost.
    All you will pay for is your subscription. No hidden fees.

  • Our members join us on a Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly subscription. School of Nobs is included with any of these subscriptions at no extra cost.

    Because School of Nobs is a 6-week program, we recommend going for our Quarterly subscription to get access for the full duration.

    Please note your subscription begins from the day you join.
