The Workout bit ↴

- Workout guide for the gym or home
  → Gym plan with standard machines & free weights

- 3 workouts a week, with an upper/lower split
- You will be doing almost the same workouts every week, with small variations every 3 weeks to keep things fresh but familiar
- Exercises are chosen to train your whole body evenly and help you build proper strength
- As the weeks go on, you'll increase the weights or reps to see real progress

You’ll be doing (pretty much) the same workouts each week, with small variations every few weeks. That means you’ll know exactly what to do, how to do it, and where to push yourself.
The only thing you need to focus on?
Increasing your weights (or reps) when it feels right. That’s how you’ll build strength over time — not by constantly switching it up, but by consistently showing up.
Around 40 minutes max — get in, get strong, get on with your day
Each workout contains 6 exercises total which means you’ll have enough variety to train your whole body, without the overwhelm.

It keeps things simple, focused, and easy to follow — so you can actually give each exercise your full effort.
- No experience? You’ll be fine.
- Been lifting for a while? You’ll still get challenged.
  
  Everything’s clearly explained, repeatable, and progression-based. Think: “smooth brain, strong body.”
On the 4 days you’re not doing a workout from the plan, you’ve got the option to add in gentle movement — totally up to you.
This could be a walk, a stretch, some mobility, or whatever feels good that day.

And if you just want to rest? That’s absolutely fine too.
