Increasing your weights (or reps) when it feels right. That’s how you’ll build strength over time — not by constantly switching it up, but by consistently showing up. -
Around 40 minutes max — get in, get strong, get on with your day
Each workout contains 6 exercises total which means you’ll have enough variety to train your whole body, without the overwhelm.
It keeps things simple, focused, and easy to follow — so you can actually give each exercise your full effort. -
No experience? You’ll be fine.
Been lifting for a while? You’ll still get challenged.

On the 4 days you’re not doing a workout from the plan, you’ve got the option to add in gentle movement — totally up to you.
This could be a walk, a stretch, some mobility, or whatever feels good that day.
